Last year, Thierno Boubacar Barry, the ADLaM Leading Instructor in Guinea embarked on a 9 months journey across West Africa to setup ADLaM learning centers. This trip led him to 9 different countries. The trip started in Bamako at the Tabital Pulaaku International Conference in Bamako where he presented the Alphabet to the attendees. From there he visited Burkina Faso, Niger, and Nigeria where the above pictures were taken. He also traveled to Benin, Togo, Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire. From Cote d’Ivoire, he returned to Guinea and visited N'Zerekore, the birth place of ADLaM. From N’Zerekore he also visited Liberia to help setup another learning center.
